Con este esp\u00edritu, nuestra filial Semlex Costa de Marfil organiz\u00f3 recientemente una formaci\u00f3n introductoria al Eneagrama. Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo promover una mejor autocomprensi\u00f3n, una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva y relaciones interpersonales m\u00e1s armoniosas dentro de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Eneagrama es un modelo de personalidad que divide a los individuos en nueve tipos distintos de personalidad. Cada tipo tiene sus propias caracter\u00edsticas, motivaciones y comportamientos. Esta formaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo permitir que cada uno de nuestros empleados se conozca mejor y comprenda determinadas reacciones entre compa\u00f1eros, creando as\u00ed un ambiente de trabajo m\u00e1s inclusivo y colaborativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un equipo fuerte es la base de cualquier organizaci\u00f3n exitosa. Al comprender los tipos de personalidad de sus colegas, los miembros del equipo pueden comprender mejor las necesidades, reacciones y preferencias de los dem\u00e1s. Esto conduce a una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficaz, una resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos m\u00e1s fluida y una mejor sinergia dentro de los equipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Eneagrama no se limita a mejorar la din\u00e1mica del equipo. Tambi\u00e9n ofrece una poderosa herramienta de desarrollo personal. Al identificar su propio tipo de personalidad, puede resaltar sus fortalezas y debilidades.
