True to its commitment to excellence, Semlex Ivory Coast organized the 4th edition of its annual ceremony, the “Semlex Security Award 2024.” This event, now a tradition within the company, aims to reward the best-performing agents who stood out during the year through their dedication and achievements in securing identification systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the technical partner of the National Office of Civil Status and Identification (ONECI), Semlex Ivory Coast plays a central role in protecting personal data and issuing secure documents. The culture of excellence and security, which lies at the core of its activities, is essential to meet the demands of such a sensitive sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well-Deserved Recognition for Security Stakeholders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evening, marked by a spirit of conviviality, began with remarks from the General Manager of Semlex Ivory Coast, Mr. Stanislas Le Page, who commended all staff for their ongoing efforts in IT security and adherence to international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“IT security is a chain in which every link \u2013 every employee \u2013 is indispensable. It is thanks to your vigilance, the implementation of recommendations, and your daily commitment that we can ensure a robust and reliable system,” he emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, six categories were recognized, highlighting the diversity of talent within the company. Among them were the “Best Compliant Processing Award,” the Systems and Fire Security (SFS) Quarter-Hour Award, and the highly coveted “Super Security Award,” given to the employee who scored over 80% on the annual security evaluation while excelling in multiple categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two honorary awards were also presented: one dedicated to the Employees of the Month elected throughout the year, and another recognizing innovative initiatives that strengthened security or improved internal processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Night Befitting Semlex\u2019s Ambitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the awards, the event strengthened bonds among team members in a warm and festive atmosphere. The celebration served as a reminder that people are at the heart of Semlex’s success, with each employee playing a key role in protecting systems and sensitive data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this 4th edition of the “Security Award,” Semlex Ivory Coast reaffirms its commitment to fostering performance and innovation while setting an ambitious course for the years ahead. Plans are already underway for the next edition, with the promise of introducing new initiatives to further highlight the excellence of its collaborators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
