At Semlex, we firmly believe in the importance of the personal development of our employees, as well as in building strong team dynamics. It is in this spirit that our subsidiary, Semlex Ivory Coast, recently organized an introductory Enneagram training course. This initiative aims to promote better self-understanding, more effective communication and more harmonious interpersonal relationships within the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Enneagram is a personality model that divides individuals into nine distinct personality types. Each type has its own characteristics, motivations and behaviors. This training aims to enable each of our employees to get to know each other better and to understand certain reactions between colleagues, thus creating a more inclusive and collaborative work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A strong team is the foundation of any successful organization. By understanding the personality types of their colleagues, team members can better understand each other’s needs, reactions and preferences. This leads to more effective communication, smoother conflict resolution and better synergy within teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Enneagram is not limited to improving team dynamics. It also offers a powerful personal development tool. By identifying your own personality type, you can highlight your strengths and weaknesses. This opens the door to personal growth, self-improvement and surpassing one’s limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
